Job description

·        Set the heartbeat of project execution and shape our PMO community and methodology

·        Actively manage the project portfolio, contributing decisively to the overall success of electronic- and drive-systems for BSH home appliances

·        Lead, develop and coach a dynamic team of project leaders to enhance capability building and to foster collaboration with external partners

·        Ensure budget- and process- compliance and drive activities that contribute to the global PMO-network for efficiencies and process improvements

·        Promote data driven & scenario-based decision making, including an overarching Risk management for an effective multi-project-steering

·        Engage with senior stakeholders at board level to ensure global business development

Personality requirements

·        University education (Master's degree) (SW, HW, Mechanical engineering, Project management)

·        Proven work experience in project management and processes (> 7 years), preferably in home appliance- and/or hardware-/software- development

·        Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

·        Excellent organizational and management skills, including strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·        Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·        English – minimum level: Upper intermediate (B2)

·        Slovak – minimum level: Upper intermediate (B2)
